No, you don't need previous experience of LEGO Education resources to take part. Coding Success is designed to support both experienced teachers and those who are new to teaching coding and STEM subjects.
The training and resources are designed to help teachers build confidence step by step, with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced (Python) learning pathways available to support different levels of learner experience and confidence. Ongoing support and advice is provided when teachers return to school to deliver the programme.
